Answer:	My wife had about 2 hour treatments . She took a small cooler in with her. Did not put the gloves on till treatment started. They lasted two hours. She did fine and took no meds. She wore socks also with ice.

Answer:	Yes but in very short bursts. There is a warning that overheating in a microwave could cause them to explode. I chose to play it safe and heated them in hot water instead.

Answer:	OMG, this is great for pain. I have some broken bones, in my wrist. I don't want another operation, had way to many doctorsopen me up to do operations, 7 total. So my doctor said my wrist is healing well by itself. Then told me about, the ActiveWrap. When the pain increases, I use it and my pain level goes back to zero, for a few weeks, then I use it again. It works well fits well. The secret is the water has to be hot, by the time you get the tip water in the pouch, and fitted to your wrist, it starts to cool down fast, so I use the microwave to get the water a little hotter, to last longer, be careful not to get the water to hot and burn your wrist.

Answer:	Just received my product. My wrist is 8.5” and my hands are large. This wrap, with its ice packs attached, BARELY fits. The person who says they have a 7” wrist and that “yes, it will fit you” is incorrect. It will likely NOT fit. The thumb strap w/ Velcro BARELY stretches far enough to connect to the hand part. One size fits ‘most’ is right—-it does not fit all.

COLD THERAPY TREATMENT

Place the gel pack flat in a freezer for 1.5-2 hours, and wait for 1-2 mins before applying to your body.

For the best cold therapy, it is recommended to freeze the gel pack for no more than 2 hours.

HEAT THERAPY TREATMENT

Heat the pack in microwave:

1000 wattage - 40 seconds

700 wattage - 60 seconds

If the gel pack is not warm enough, then reheat it for another 20 seconds.

Before use, please read our detailed instruction sheet.

Caution:

Never apply heat or cold therapy longer than 30 mins consecutively.

Do not apply over open wounds.

Immediately discontinue heating if gel pack expands like a balloon as the pack is overheated.

Please knead and massage the pack to distribute the gel before freezing/heating.

Question:	is the gel pack sewn into the vinyl
Answer:	I haven't used it with these ones yet (actually looking to buy them now), but for ones that say they can be used with hot water, you need to keep in mind that you *cannot* use boiling water with them, as that will weaken (and possibly melt) the materials they're made out of. The recommended temperature is usually around 140-160 degrees Fahrenheit, which is about the hottest your tap can get. I usually put tap water in (whatever comes out when I first turn it on, not as hot as it can be, as my water takes *forever* to heat up, heh) and then pour in boiling water until it feels comfortable - hot but not burning - on my skin, and I've not had one break or leak on me yet. :)
