Answer:	Yes sir, I took the soles out of my steel toed boots and replaced them with these. Haven’t had a problem with my feet hurting sense and I’m in the 40-50 hours a week minimum.

Answer:	The insoles are made so you can cut them to your shoe size, per example the one that says size 8-14 it fits for all those sizes and when you open them you will see a line that shows the correct size for you, I am size 8 so I had to cut the extra part of the insole to feet my shoe.

In Europe they allow way less chemicals in the daily lives of the people. I would call the number and ask. I don't know the answer, but they would. Shame on you all who are joking and being rude. Veganism is not using animals. It is really simple: it is not only what vegans eat, but what the products they buy, whenever possible, doesn't come from animals or their by products. Question:	Why don’t they make this product for women
Answer:	Size D - M 7-7.5 / W 9-9.5
Question:	do they come i 4x size
Answer:	I have not tried in a size 3 but look into the 3/4 length ones not full length. I have a pair and use them in dress shoes because it stops short of the ball of the foot/toes.
Question:	Would they fit a size 14/wide
Answer:	Very good for running (approx 15 miles per week) to mitigate Plantar Fasciitis. They're quite firm, which is why they work, but consequently they're not super comfortable. Wearing thicker socks helps.
Question:	Is this a single insert or pair
Answer:	These should be worn all the time, but yes, please don't go dancing without them. Just be aware, you may need to allow your feet to get used to them. Your feet may have gone a little flat (as most people's do), and you should wear them a few hours at a time at first, for the first couple weeks, bring your old insoles with you, so the arch in your foot can become strong again, they will be sore at first. It's completely worth it though. I even have a pair in my house shoes.

Answer:	This is a great question. I have very flat feet and I have tried the $$$$ podiatrist inserts and approx 20 different types of arch support insoles. My knees have become a chronic problem. When I wear "flat foot" inserts I have noticed that my ankles still rotate inward. About two years ago, I decided to order and test five different types of "high arch" inserts. Two of the "high arch" inserts lift my ankle into a normal position and I feel much less pain in my knees. The "flat foot" inserts that I have tried have a low arch and don't align my ankles, knees, and hips properly.
Question:	Do these last a long time? I have some that are gel and they flattened out after about a year

Answer:	The toe area was wider than most wide shoes. My son broke both big toes years ago and is uncomfortable in most wide shoes in the toe area. He's happy with these.

Answer:	The color black can change the intensity of black, because of exposure to the light. And black leather is more a lighter color black and remains the color black it was dyed.

Question:	How often should they be replaced
Answer:	I am a man and where 8.5 shoes with boxy toe room. New Balance Walking/hiking shoes. I have a size 9 set of these insoles and they fit perfectly. I dont know if that transfers to women's sizes and shoes, but it you wore the blue vervsion the plain Pinnacle - they take up about the same amount of space as the pinnacle plus. These are jsut cushier in a very nice and resilient way. Very happy with them.
Question:	I need to have my heels raised a little to deep me from tipping backwards. Will this help me? I have a pair in the cart
Answer:	I checked the Powerstep website before purchasing mine to figure out the sizing. I just checked it for you and a women's size 7 is equivalent to a men's size 5, so you would order a size 5. I can't speak for cartilage loss, but I can tell you that I have had 4 foot surgeries for various problems and using these in my sneakers helps make them a lot more comfortable. I hope this helps.
Question:	Why was i asked to write a review when y'all haven't delivered this item and i am still waiting for a refund. Just annoying
Answer:	Yes, there's raised padding in the location where a metatarsal pad would go. It's pretty firm and works quite well for me.
Question:	free returns if they don't work
Answer:	This one has another arch support under the metatarsal which is basically under the ball of the foot. For me it helps take some pressure off the sesamoid bone in which I had an injury. Best I can describe: instead of just the arch support on the side of the foot, there’s also a ‘raised pad’ directly underneath the ball of foot.

Step 1: The insoles that came in your shoes are probably removable - take them out first.

Step 2: Place your plantar fasciitis orthotics into shoe, fabric side up, to test for size. If needed, trim the orthotic along the outline (on bottom of orthotic near the toes) that matches your shoe size.

Step 3: Ensure that your orthotic lays flat against bottom of your shoe, especially in the toe area. If it doesn't fit without bunching, continue to trim as needed.
