We also recommend that if you are going to heat mold the insoles that you do that first and cut to size afterward. I hope that is helpful!

Answer:	You can put them in a oven at the lowest or warm setting for a couple minutes and then immediately put them in your shoes and wear them for a while, say 20 minutes walking around, or you can just put them in your shoes, preferably on a warmer day and wear them the whole day. Your body heat will enable them to mold to your feet, this is what I did and they are working out great.

How to make Your Footprint:

Step 1: Place the impression box on hard surface and place a chair next to the box so it can be used as support.

Step 2: For the right foot place your left foot on the floor next to the box and center your right foot on the foam.

Step 3: Press your hell into the foam until you feel the bottom of the box. Gently tilt your body weight forward to press in the toes. Gently lift your foot up and out of the box. Make sure to avoid any unnecessary movement in the box.

Step 4: For the left foot move the box to your left. Place your right foot on the floor next to the box, center your left foot on the foam and repeat the previous step (step 3).
