Answer:	Yes sir, I took the soles out of my steel toed boots and replaced them with these. Haven’t had a problem with my feet hurting sense and I’m in the 40-50 hours a week minimum.

Answer:	The insoles are made so you can cut them to your shoe size, per example the one that says size 8-14 it fits for all those sizes and when you open them you will see a line that shows the correct size for you, I am size 8 so I had to cut the extra part of the insole to feet my shoe.

Answer:	There is an 800 number on the package photo on the right. It is pretty clear that multiple people here do not have a clue what vegan means. This is made by Bayer, and thus a European company. In Europe they allow way less chemicals in the daily lives of the people. I would call the number and ask. I don't know the answer, but they would. Shame on you all who are joking and being rude. Veganism is not using animals. It is really simple: it is not only what vegans eat, but what the products they buy, whenever possible, doesn't come from animals or their by products. Glues, plastics, medications, personal care products, etc. all often have animal products in them. Dyes, too. It is simply a desire to not cause suffering to others. Really simple.

Answer:	They are slim and easy to trim. I actually wear two insoles and this one is comfortable and easy to insert in shoe.

Answer:	multiple shoes should be fine. mine do not move around and bunch up

Answer:	If you're using scissors make sure they're really sharp scissors. Thats what I used. A box cutter will work too, just make sure you have some thick cardboard under the insoles when you cut them.

Step 1: The insoles that came in your shoes are probably removable - take them out first.

Question:	Why don’t they make this product for women
Answer:	Size D - M 7-7.5 / W 9-9.5
Question:	do they come i 4x size
Answer:	I have not tried in a size 3 but look into the 3/4 length ones not full length. I have a pair and use them in dress shoes because it stops short of the ball of the foot/toes.
Question:	Would they fit a size 14/wide
Answer:	Very good for running (approx 15 miles per week) to mitigate Plantar Fasciitis. They're quite firm, which is why they work, but consequently they're not super comfortable. Wearing thicker socks helps.
Question:	Is this a single insert or pair
Answer:	These should be worn all the time, but yes, please don't go dancing without them. Just be aware, you may need to allow your feet to get used to them. Your feet may have gone a little flat (as most people's do), and you should wear them a few hours at a time at first, for the first couple weeks, bring your old insoles with you, so the arch in your foot can become strong again, they will be sore at first. It's completely worth it though. I even have a pair in my house shoes.

Answer:	No, there is no sizing chart. The womens 6-10 fits very well into my Size 10 shoes. Just be sure the product says W.
Question:	How wide are these? Can they be trimmed? I am trying to fit these in a narrow pair of work shoes size 6 in womens
Answer:	They are about 2 1/4". They are soft and flexible so they should fit in any size shoe. I don't think they should be trimmed though. The problem I have is that they don't stay in place in most of my shoes. ( I wear an 8 1/2.) Maybe they will fit more snug in a smaller shoe.
Question:	Will i have to order my shoes a half size up so my foot will fit in the shoe with the insert
Answer:	I have not needed to up my size and have used these in multiple pairs of shoes.

Answer:	Really can’t give you an answer about their viability for dress shoes. But since they are only $10 probably worth a try.

Answer:	3" wide x 1/4" thick. This may be a little unclear, though. The width is accurate but the thickness is harder to define. The actual thick cushion part is 1/4" thick. However the insert forms something like a cup to cradle the foot. It's higher on the sides. Obviously it tapers down in thickness towards the arch. Hope this helps. I wear a size 11.5 shoe and am about 205 lbs. I have the beginning of heel spurs in my right foot and I can tell you that these inserts have made pain management dramatically better. I can't speak to their longevity, but when they do finally wear out I will be getting another pair. Oh, yeah, I wear one in my left foot too. I don't really need it for pain, but it seemed good to keep the body balanced. No need to create more problems.

Answer:	My reco is to buy the Mens. I wear Women's size 7.5. Had seen couple reviews from women recommending the Mens and I agree. Both are thin and flexible; however, the Mens are a bit thicker and work much better. For me, the Women's were too thin and did not offer much pain relief.
