Answer:	They are 4 in across and 1 in plus 1 cm tall. They stick pretty good. Just have to be careful when putting on the shoe. If your heal pushes down on the top it can roll off. But if you pull the shoe away from your foot either with a shoe horn or your finger so your heel starts in the middle they should stay on just fine. :)

I’ve had that problem with other inserts. Other inserts make my shoes not fit. These are so good I bought a second pair for myself (I didn’t like moving them from one pair of shoes to another). Question:	Can these be used in athletic shoes
Answer:	These are full length insoles. I like them a lot.
Question:	Do they stick well
Answer:	Not sure what a "SafeTStep work shoe" is but these can be cut to fit many shoes. I cut mine down to a size 6 tennis shoe. Sorry couldn't be of more help.
Question:	How many pairs are they
Answer:	The packagine said Womens 6-10. There are lines on the product that allow you to cut down to your size but if not done, they are a size 10.
Question:	My new shoes are narrow, which size should I need to buy
Answer:	i didnot like it .it was not cofortable with shoes. you have to cut them for you own size so it was not good choise for me
