Answer:	Yes! The tampon will not be able to absorb anything if you don't remove the plastic layer. The tampon string is also bunched up inside of the plastic, and needs to be straightened out/extended before inserting.

Answer:	It could be made to work in this way but I think it would be a pain. You would have to undo the straps of the rucksack and feed them through the mesh, then you would have the mesh pressing into your back As you carried you rucksack. To qualify I simply use mine to secure a pack from the kids in the car as it has potentially dangerous (to toddlers) survival gear in it.

Answer:	The short answer 'yes'. I have three different size bags. The wire mesh 'XX' is the same size regardless of volume. If you want it tighter or the end hole smaller you can wrap it up with the extra length of wire that is use to secure the whole bag protector to a pole or other object.

Answer:	Not sure of the dimensions since I am no longer using them. I used them after labor and they worked great! As long as the hospital pads, with wings, very thin, comfortable and very absorbent. I would definatly recommend and I will be sure to by them again when I have my next child.

Answer:	Hi ~ in my opinion they are One size fits all They are numbered up to a 7 It’s the number I use. I do not worry with a 7 They say overnight but I am fine with them day and night. Note: the small end goes to the front. I’ve tried all brands and for me Tena is the best. I have MS and these Pads make my life better. I say get the 7 and try them. Go from there ~ you can go down if need be. For me they are the best. Amazon has them on my back porch no fail.
Question:	Wondering how well these stay in place when active like walking or running? Do they hold up well as the day goes along or fall apart
Answer:	They do stay in place...but...these are for overnight (and what I must have during the day since my hysterectomy) as I have found nothing with this amount of absorbency. Not sure they would be comfortable during a run. They do have other sizes. I started with the #5 which did not have enough absorption for me. The #6 was my second try but they are very hard to find, most vendors do not carry them. I need the #7 if I cannot change for extended periods of time. Tena has a number on most of their packages that allow you to obtain samples to determine which is “your” personal size. I have found nothing currently on the market that can match Tena’s ability to stop accidents. I have tried other brands and for now this is the answer. Hope this helps.
