Answer:	My bottle says it is good till 2022. I would refrigerate it if I wanted to keep it a longer time then 6 months. I have allergies about year round with eye irritation and swelling. I use this once a day /as needed. My Opthamologist recommended this product. It use to be prescription. I use it instead of orally taking a decongestant all the time. They recommended discarding it if it becomes cloudy ..Hope this is helpful. It works well for me...

Answer:	I received my bottle in January 2014. I went ahead and used most of it. Three months later I was reading the reviews about receiving this item past the expiration. Sure enough a sticker was covering the expiration date of October 2013. I quickly emailed amazon. They refunded my money promptly. I recently ordered another bottle in July 2014. The expiration on this bottle was not covered up and the date is January 2019. If you decide to order this item just be sure the expiration date is not covered up. Amazon will issue you a refund if it is.
