This can be used often — no drying etc. The “MAX” with the pepper is for “extreme” congestion when you can’t get relief with the “everyday” —helps open things up quickly. The “rescue” with the herbs is new to us — my son has used it and it seems to help fend off and fight infections. That’s about all I can contribute —but I’d suggest calling the seller or mfg.. both have been great

Answer:	I've been using this for years and usually only need it during allergy season. Well, that season has been going on this year worse than ever and I've used it continually on a daily basis. So far no bad reaction - just the opposite. However, I have not seen anything in writing to give a certain amount of time for use other than "every 12 hours" but I've been using at least 6 months pretty regularly. Plan to continue usage because it is the only thing that has ever worked this well and gives almost instant relief.
