Answer:	Haven't really weighed it, but it is a lot less than a gas powered model of the same size. I can say I've used it off and on during an extended time and arm fatigue never was a problem. But as with anything, your mileage may vary.

Answer:	Yes it would, it wouldn't be fast. This saw is only about 1/6th HP. I used my 8"/18V NiCad saw (B&D) to cut/fit 4" landscape timber retaining wall and the size and weight and ease of use made up for any time lost. Scissors can also be used to mow your lawn.

Answer:	Jim, I haven't even opened the package yet, but I presume it does come with a battery if you buy the $129 version, since there is a version without battery for $74. I don't know about the charger, but on the Black and Decker website one version is offered without a charger or battery. Sorry I can't be of more help

Answer:	Interesting to me that in 2 years, no one has been able to answer this question. While I am sure the original person who asked isn’t waiting around for someone to answer, maybe it will help someone else.... B&BW does make a bubble bath in some limited scents. It has been years since I had a tub that I liked enough to take a tub in so it’s been at least 3-4 years since I last had some. I am not sure whether there is a seller on Amazon who sells any, but I have gotten some from the brick and mortar I used to go to before I became a little more internet savvy. That said, a salesperson in their store once told me that you can use the shower wash/gel as a bubble bath soap in the tub. You just use a little more because it is a thinner product. Hope this helps someone!! My favorite soap product ever, which I use everywhere I need a soap.

The battery charger plugs into any common/standard household 2 prong outlet. When the battery uses up the charge the saw quits. There is no slow, gradual reduction of power. It takes time to recharge the battery. The battery recharges with common 110 household current. Does this help?

Answer:	Hi Tim. It’s very difficult to state a specific run-time for our battery-powered products since the power is variable based on how much the trigger is pulled, as well as what you're blowing. If you’re running continuously at full power, obviously battery power will be depleted faster than running the tool at a lower power, or running power levels sporadically. Regardless, you’ll have plenty of run-time to complete your typical outdoor tasks. I assure you that run time is very comparable to run-time of a gas-powered blowers. Battery recharges in about an hour. I do recommend having a spare battery on hand if you plan to use the equipment for lots of tasks in a single day. Our batteries are interchangeable with all our battery-powered products, so you van get eve more versatility if you also have a trimmer or pole saw or something else from our family of battery-powered products. Answer:	I don't touch my 20" gas saw anymore if that tells you anything. I carry a canvas bag with extra batteries. When the chain is sharp, I can cut up a lot of wood before the 5.0 batteries need changing.
Question:	What size file do I need to sharpen the chain
Answer:	I use 3/16" file = 4.78mm rather than a 5/32" = 3.96mm i was taught many years ago by a hand sharpener to use the next size up from what the chain manufactuer recommends. this gives you a better cut. Put your saw in a vise so you can properly sharpen the blade. The first filing will be tough because there isnt much room to fit the file but change your angle to get the file thru and then work it back to the correct angle. these blade have angle marks to follow with your file.

Answer:	The batteries are a higher capacity version (5.0 Ah) of the batteries typically sold with their drill/drivers and work well in their other tools. It's one of the reasons I purchased the saw . I have a Makita Drill and Driver and one of those batteries had gone bad. With this saw, I am back to having three good batteries and I often use the 5.0 Ah batteries with the other tools

Answer:	12" 40v 2ah. I spent 3 days cutting down and cutting up a 25-foot flowering pear tree. Cut all the limbs off the first day ( about 60 limbs ) on one battery. Put the battery on the charger overnight and then cut down the 14" trunk and cut it into small enough pieces to throw in the truck on one battery. The next day I cut up all the limbs into bite-size pieces to put into the fire pit, on one battery. I would say they last long enough to do almost anything around the house. So unless you're a lumberjack I would say this is plenty for small to medium size jobs.

Answer:	Not all Greenworks Batteries. Only the G-max batteries listed. For instance, the batteries listed with my Greenworks lawnmower is a 29302 for one of them and it is not listed as one that works.

Answer:	It will cut trees. It's powerful enough to do anything you can do with a gas saw. My husband has had his a year and loves it. His friend, who suggested buying the Wen, has sawed up pine trees and a huge eucalyptus tree.

Answer:	I just checked the charger unit and it is rated for 110 to 120 VAC. My unit was shipped to an US address so I can't say what would be shipped to the UK or other places with similar electrical standards.

Answer:	No, it did not come with a case, but I'll tell you this, it is a great chainsaw. I did order two new chains from Oregon Chains. The one it comes with only has about 19 cutting teeth. Oregon chains doesn't sell that one. It's only sold to suppliers as to make the chain saw cheaper, though it did okay. I made about 50-60 cuts before my new chains came in. The new chains have about 28 cutting teeth and do a terrific job. The original chain still has some life in it but I prefer using the new chains. Love this chainsaw. I also bought an extra battery so I could cut for about 30-45 minutes and then switch to the other battery for another 30-45 minutes or so. Depends on how big and hard the wood is you're cutting. It does take about 90 minutes to recharge. But what a difference over using a gas chain saw and having to constantly restart it. With this saw, you just squeeze the trigger and when not cutting, it's off. I highly recommend it.
Question:	Does this come assembled? Would I be able to hold and use it with bad arms
Answer:	You have to drape the chain around the 'blade' then lay it in place before turning a plastic dial to tighten it down. That's the only 'assembly' required, and it's extremely simple. Once that's in place, there's another plastic dial to turn to tighten the chain. You must also buy chain lube oil as it does NOT come with it. It's about $4 at any WalMart or Big-Box store like Home Depot. Obviously, you have to charge the battery first, too. As to your arms, I'd have to know how bad 'bad' is. I'd say most adults could easily use it although it could be difficult to hold it up at eye level (or higher) for 'weaker' people where 'weak' is another word that has such a broad meaning it's almost worthless unless you have something to compare it to. All I can say is this thing is a total workhorse. I've made HUNDREDS of cuts with it and never had a problem, even when cutting a tree with a 14" diameter at the trunk. I love it and am extremely happy with mine. A neighbor saw me using it, and he bought one, too. He's 76, has no problem using it, and loves it. So unless you can't hold up 12 pounds or so for any length of time, it _should_ be okay.

Question:	How do I get my sew to cut. Chain came off i put it back on twice and it worked. Now is the third time it's came off ans it want cut
Answer:	The chain fell off for me several times before I figured out that, in addition to adjusting the tightness of the chain with the cover off, you had to really tighten down the cover nut afterwards. Apparently, when a chain is new, it “stretches” some, so when using at first, finger-tighten it as much as you can (I’m not the strongest person, so maybe not as tight as *you* can:-). This problem will disappear after a use or two. If you put the chain back on and the saw won’t cut at all, the blade is on backward. I’ve been meaning to ask a knowledgeable person; would doing that be a viable way of sharpening the chain? Just curious.
Question:	The manual says to charge the battery every two month. Instead, can I leave the battery on the charger all of the time when not in use
Answer:	The reason why the battery needs to be charged every few months is because it employs an internal BMS (Battery management system). Most modern quality lithium batteries do these days. It keeps the cells in balance and prevents over charging and over discharging. They also don't require "smart" chargers because all of the smarts are in the battery pack itself. The minor drawback of BMS systems is that they draw a tiny amount of parasitic power all the time, so they will eventually discharge your cells. Leaving the battery on the charger should not hurt it because the BMS circuit in the battery pack prevents overcharge.
Question:	Just received this from Amazon, manufactured on July 2013. Battery does not last long, anyone else having any problems with dated manufacture

Answer:	The snowblower itself is easy to use, but it is not self propelled it does pull itself along pretty good when blowing snow but beings you have a steep driveway you might have trouble getting it back up to the top. You might want to go side to side instead of up and down
