Unfortunately at the level of a lightbulb you can't dial them in to only emit in a minute wavelength. You have to really look at a bulb that emits a portion of its energy in the desired range. Unfortunately we cannot post links but if you search for terms such as infrared bulbs wavelength therapy you can start to see how emitted light is across a spectrum and unfortunately not as hard numbers as we might like.

Answer:	Both. Manufacturer specs list wavelengths between 500-2500nm. Rest assured, this is nothing like a 660nm or 850nm near infrared bulb. This device produces very hot heat that can burn your skin if the device is too close for the 15 minute duration.
