Question:	I received one of these products as a Christmas gift but it does not work. Can I exchange it

Answer:	I concur as a user. Yes. Or if connected to Alexa it can be used with just the Alexa app. I'd imagine the same to be true for Google Home.
Question:	How can you connect it to wifi
Answer:	Unfortunately zi can't answer...i could never get it to connect and by the time I gave up trying, the return window had closed. If I were you and you got this for the wifi feature, return it! Directions are awful and the app worse...does t work.
Question:	Can’t get it to be discoverable, it says to turn it off and on 3 times but it never goes into the mode
Answer:	I could never get mine to work either. I turned everything off that even remotely used wifi and brought the diffuser out almost next to my modem, tried multiple times exactly how the directions said and couldn't get it to connect. I sent mine back. Good Luck.
Question:	Can i use filtered water from the refrigerator
Answer:	you can optionally use water from the refrigerator, but it might shock the coil. It wont be nearly as shocking, however, as learning that the companion app requires unlimited access to your phone's data, your phone number, and your email address. Unlike the fridge water, this unfortunately is not optional.
