Answer: ACH Food Companies, Inc. is listed on the Black Peppercorn marinade mix. I did a little research and it looks like ACH makes spices and seasonings under the names of Tone's, Durkee, Spice Islands, Weber, and others. Looks like B&G Foods is buying the spice business from ACH. My guess, is it probably is the same. But I do not know for sure. This is my favorite marinade for steak. I have tried many many others and have stayed with this particular brand and flavor for 3 years
