Question:	Do you need to buy many other ingredients to make all the recipes
Answer:	nope. we didn't have to buy anything to get started with the basic recipe. you would only need to buy ingredients if you wanted to do a different recipe

Answer:	The peppers are dried. I would say they have 3 months of shelf life. Possibly 6. You can always soak them in water to rehydrate them though.

Answer:	It will definitely be fine. I bought mine back in January and just made another batch two weeks ago. All the peppers are dried so if the box is kept on a cool dry place you should have no problems.

Answer:	Hello! Yes, you can control how hot the sauce is. There is a Scoville chart that tells you the spice level of each pepper. Also, each recipe specifies the heat level. Hope this helps!

Question:	Hello! is the sweet soy sauce the same as dark/black soy sauce which is essential for cooking pad see ew
Answer:	It is not the same but I have used both to cook Pad See Ew with success. The sweet soy sauce is sweeter than dark/black soy sauce. So, whenever I use the sweet soy sauce for Pad See Ew, I would add less sugar. Both sauces will give you the dark brown color that is a must for Pad See Ew.
Question:	Do any of these sauces contain MSG
Answer:	These sauces have MSG present in them. Please however note that MSG is naturally occurred during fermented process of soy sauce.
