It is 90% goldish color oil and the mayo part, or the white part, is more solid and kind of stuck to the inside of the container in thin patches all around the insides of the bottle. It looks disgusting. I would return it but the cost of postage & hassle of packaging it and mailing it would not be worth it considering the very small price. I will be purchasing a different brand now.
