Answer:	Of course. Protein is made up of amino acids. Brown rice has all the essential amino acids we need. It's considered to be a little low in the amino acid Lysine, but as long as you're eating enough calories per day, you will easily get enough of it. I eat a vegan diet and I use a tablespoon of this protein powder everyday. I also recently started a a resistance training program, and I'm clearly building muscle and getting stronger, so I definitely reccommend this product.

Answer:	I knew I had to worry about mercury in my fish, fluoride in my water, pesticides on my produce, and smog in my air. But I did not know about microplastics in my salt. Thank goodness now I'm aware. I took a handful of this delicious, mildly spicy, mildly sweet cereal, with crisp flakes that stand up well to milk (sourced from local cows who live wherever they want to and are asked permission to be milked and fairly compensated for their time and effort) and meticulously broke it down element by element, to the molecular level, until I got to the subatomic salt particles. All I saw was healthy, mineral-rich sea salt. The tasty turmeric, however, had a shocking amount of negative vibes that I'm now concerned about. Darn. This *was* my favorite cereal....

MADHAVA Organic Coconut Sugar is sourced directly from two non GMO and organic co-ops in Central Java with farmers who share our values of doing good for people and the earth. Each co-op consists of hundreds of small family farms where the skills to harvest and cook the sap are passed down through generations. Answer:	The package says non-GMO. I suppose it is.

Answer:	Hi, Our factory does not handle any wheat or gluten products and our sweetener is 100% gluten-free.
Question:	Does it taste like coconut? Anybody use it for coffee
Answer:	I just bought a bag. It says "Produced in China".
Question:	Has anyone used this to make gluten free bread
Answer:	I have not experienced that with this product. It blends well and does not have an aftertaste. I use it in everything that I cook or bake. I do however use the Monk Fruit Confection Sugar for frosting or cheesecake out of preference.
