Answer:	Expiration of the product itself? It's on the box, and what I received was about 6 months out. But I've used it beyond the expiration date by a couple of months and it was totally fine. I've been using this mix for years (10+), so obviously, I can highly recommend it for great Belgian style waffles.

Answer:	Jonathan S. I' am sorry to hear that the waffles stick to your waffle maker. I can't pin point why the waffle is sticking, I can only make some suggestions you may or may not have done. One, would be to spray more non-stick spray or cooking oil onto the waffle grates. Two, would be to leave the waffle in the maker 1-2 minutes longer vs. the time you normally take it out. With gluten free waffles its very important to make sure there is no more steam. I do use the Aunt Cyndi Gluten Free Waffle Mix in my Hamilton and Beach Waffle Maker that has removable grates and it works out great for me and many other consumers that purchased it.
