| Answer: | I bought my 6-pack on 2/8/13 and the "BB" ("Best By") date is 6/19/14. I've almost used 4 since the purchase so I think I'm good. I'd likely try it after the expiration date anyway. If stored in a cool, dry, unlit place, the vinegar and the added preservatives should easily keep it good past that date. I think that date is probably on the conservative side just so that the maker can cover its butt. The real question is how long it will last (in the refrigerator, of course) once it's been opened. (I think for me, maybe 2 months?) None have spoiled before I could use an entire bottle, so I don't know. |

| Answer: | I was on a keto type diet for a couple of months, dropped over 10% of my body weight. Walden Farms dressing was critical to my success! Keep in mind, there is NO oil in these so it can't taste 100% like what it replaces. Some are better than others, but the French is pretty darn close, I really like it (the Italian and 1000 Island are very close also). I don't think you will be disappointed. |
