What is the nutritional profile

Answer:

Good question, I am not sure and the only reason I have ever bought a Plantain is that the plantain was a subsitute for the banana that I ordered. It was awkward recieving plantains for bananas since I had not had any experience with plantains before. I am not sure why plantains were even considered a subsitute for bananas and why a picture of a box of tea has anything to do with plantains. I am thinking that some people just do not know the difference between tea, plantains and bananas.

Question:	What's the sodium content in this sauce
Answer:	I believe you could look that up yourself with a simple internet search. I ordered a case of 12 of those to save a bit from the local grocery store. The problem is that all the cans showed up dented; some were very badly dented. I did't send them back. My understanding is that they were not shipped by Amazon, but by some store that simply went to the storeroom and picked out the dented cans to dissuade me from ever buying them via the mail again. Make sense? I have NO idea if it has citric acid in it or not. Look it up yourself and don't be so lazy.

Answer:	Hi RINSHO - It's not THAT spicy. It's just a little bit of "hotness". I could definitely tell, mainly because I personally don't care for hot/spicy foods in general, so I noticed it right away. As for your little kids, I dunno - you could buy it, try some, and decide for yourself. You could always mix it with some plain pasta sauce or tomato sauce, if you find it too spicy for the kids. It is quite tasty. But no - it's nowhere near "burn-your-mouth" hot.EDIT TO ADD: It also depends on what your kids are used to (if you plan to use this with pasta). Most of the jarred pasta sauces contain sweeteners - usually high fructose corn syrup. This stuff does not have that, so it's not overwhelmingly sweet. Of course, this is much healthier for them, but they *may* notice the difference: not so much in spiciness, but overall. So it *may* take a little getting used to, at first. :)

CASARECCE WITH PESTO POMODORO CHICKEN

Ingredients: 1 lb. Chicken Breast, 24 Oz. Pirro's Pesto Pomodoro, 1 Tsp. Salt, 1 Tsp. Pepper, 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil, 16 Oz. Casarecce Pasta, 1/2 Cup Parmesan, Basil for Garnish

Cook Casarecce to liking. Take chicken breast and coat evenly with salt and pepper. Add 1 Tbsp. olive oil to heated pan. Cook chicken at medium heat. Once the chicken is cooked through and lightly browned, remove from pan and slice into half-inch thick strips. In a separate pan heat up Pirro's Pesto Pomodoro. Once simmering, add in chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add in Casarecce and mix. Last, add in parmesan evenly and stir to distribute throughout the dish. Serve garnished with basil. Godere!

STUFFED PEPPERS

Ingredients: One 24 oz. jar of Pirro’s Pesto Pomodoro sauce, 4 bell peppers, 1 lb. ground beef, 2 eggs, 1 white onion, 5-6 cloves garlic, 1 tsp. each salt and pepper, 3 cups mozzarella, Parmesan and 4 fresh basil leaves (to top).

Preheat oven to 400. Dice onion and chop garlic. Slice top off peppers, deseed, and arrange in an oven-safe pan. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef and eggs. Add onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and 2 cups mozzarella and mix. Pour ¼ cup of Pirro’s Marinara Sauce into each pepper. Put ¼ cup of the ground beef mixture into each pepper.
