Answer:	The ribs I got were about 1.5 inch thick.

Answer:	The steps are in regards to the certification of how well the animals were humanely treated (such as not being confined and having access to the outside, not being fed animal by-products, no hormones, etc.). If animal welfare matters to you then the higher the step (1-5), the better the animal was treated. Step 1 is the base certification and for beef means that the animals were living on a pasture with at last 50% vegetative covering, being protected from weather extremes, and a 25 hour max transport time. I'm not going to write out everything because you can Google "Certified GAP" just like I did for more info, but hopefully this was helpful.

Answer:	I doubt it cuz it’s a gross pink substance in my opinion and I will never buy this again. Got delicious halal beef from Costco in their freezer from Diamond Valley!

Answer:	All of our products are choice or higher. These ribeyes were all graded choice. We offer other packages that have prime ribeyes in them too.

Answer:	I believe they opt, you should ask them, not to have grading performed. They pass the savings on, I suppose, to the consumer. What I have received I would consider to be predominately at the upper end of the "choice" grade with "prime" in the mix. All the beef is well marbled. "Higher Choice" (not an official grade) is a term I have heard cutters use and I would apply All I can really attest to is that it is the most flavorful of any that I have found available excepting some Irish beef I've experienced. You can buy Waygu (Kobe) but, the texture of the Japanese beeves isn't acceptable to me so I can't speak to that product.Nebraska Star Beef vends. Hope this was helpful!

I do want to let you know, the case of the BB Divine Delights I got had a super strong smell of like garlic. I got the bacon, egg, and cheese one, and I certainly did *not* feed it to my furkid. I sent BB an email about it (via their website) and never heard from them at all about it. Personally, I will never use their food again for any of my furkids!

Question:	what exactly is the animal plasma that is listed sixth in the list of ingredients
Answer:	It is not soy sauce. It is a rich, concentrated veal stock that is a base for many sauces, primarily in the French style. Soy is not listed on the label. My experience with the product has been very good.
Question:	is this grain free
Answer:	The cardboard package has no indication. The plastic tub, for a product purchased August 2014, advises to use before 12/1/2015. So about a year. Like all foodstuff, the shelf like depends on how long it sat in an Amazon warehouse, so your mileage may vary.
Question:	Why did it go from a24 pack to a12 pack? I'm on auto delivery and was never notified
Answer:	The package I received doesnt not say gluten free on the front and because the list of ingredients does say wheat flour I would have to guess gluten free is not for sure. Wheat flour is definitely gluten.
Question:	is this well balanced and good quality dog food
Answer:	We use this as our stock for many things we cook, not just a special sauce. We go by what the packaging has said and have frozen some. Freezing seems to be fine. I was dissappointed that the instructions never talked about freezing. We just do it to be safe, especially in the summer when we don't use it as much. We use this when we need beef stock or chicken stock for our recipes. That is why we buy so much. There is so much more flavor in both the beef and the chicken compared to using a stock or broth that can be reduced from a regular stock or broth that is carried in most stores. Reading the previous posts, freezing it in small portions is a great idea.
