Answer:	I am not sure how the Cuisinart ice cream maker works exactly, but I found a set of directions for the mix that yield a delicious homemade ice cream from an ice cream maker: Combine contents of one (1) Junket ice cream mix package with 1 1/4 cups of whole milk and 3/4 cups of heavy cream in a bowl. Stir until dissolved. Pour mixture into your home ice cream maker. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. This yield may be somewhat small, so consider doubling or tripling your recipe.
