Answer:	There is a small screw attaching mine. There is a small screw attaching mine. I have had 7 or 8 other brands of cuffs previously, and this is far and away the best stethoscope I've had on any of them. This seems to be a high quality cuff.

Answer:	I believe it would fit a small arm. If you're used to having the nurse or doctor find a very small cuff for you, I would recommend searching for a smaller version. One of the main problems with using a cuff that is way too large is the possibility of giving you a false-low blood pressure (a blood pressure that is lower than your actual pressure). For a person near or less than 100 lbs, there are children's cuffs that work like a charm on adults.

Answer:	I bought this model assuming that it would work with a modern Android phone (similar age to those specified). It did not, and I returned it/gave it to Goodwill (?). IMHO bad HW design. Bad Bluetooth compatability. I have faith in Omron measurements, but they would have been better going for something simple like a USB connection, rather than a bad Bluetooth design! If you have one of the _exact_ models specified, the bluetooth (maybe) works, but don't assume that a newer model phone will work.
