Answer: It shouldn't have a sour taste. It should be somewhat creamy and have a faint oatmeal/nutty taste. One thing I would recommend: shake the container really well before each pour. The oat 'solids' can settle at the bottom and create a separation (which might be what you are tasting). Otherwise, you may have a bad batch and I would contact amazon to get a replacement. This is a really great milk/creamer substitute, so don't give up.
Question: Is this one the least expensive way to buy this product
Answer: Yes, it is only 6 months and I ordered cases due to pandemic but still drinking ones recently expired such as the one I am drinking now 5/18/2020 expired April 11, 2020 but it tastes like it always taste and it is BEST IF USED BY date thus it means product is deteriorating but may still be edible. If I would have know such a short shelf like would not have spent hundreds of dollars, will have to donate so can be used now.

Answer: My only suggestion is that you are confusing flaxseed "meal" with whole flaxseed. The flaxseed I order from this company is not ground, it is whole. My whole flaxseed DOES come in a large 8lb bag and is very high quality.

Answer: It's better to eat them heated up whether it's done by stove, microwave, frying or grill. As I tried them once before without doing so and it was the worst thing I feel I lived to regret. Only because of my stomach issues I have but I don't recommend eating it without warming them first.

Question: Has anyone who bought this not get it delivered?ours said it was delivered and we were waiting but it’s not here. And Amazon is the carrier
Answer: So I've found personally that, especially during the pandemic, that people are more desperate than normal and apt to steal packages and deliveries extremely quickly, so unless you write into your delivery instructions to specifically have them bring it to your front door and knock and deliver it to your hand personally, they will leave it wherever you closest specify which means unless you receive it directly from the driver, it probly got stolen. There's a spot in the delivery instructions that asks you if the driver needs help with further directions to get to your physical address. THAT is where you tell the driver what to do specifically. Namely to bring it to your front door, knock (or ring) and deliver directly to you. (You really have to read in detail those delivery instructions & do the best you can to see that you actually receive your delivery. Otherwise, Amazon blames YOU for not receiving). This is just what I've learned thru my own personal experiences with Amazon Prime and their delivery methods. Hope this helps.

- 4 cups Quaker Oats

- 2 cups non-fat milk and 1 tbsp vanilla

- 1 tbsp honey and 1 egg plus 1 egg white, beaten

Heat oven to 350°F. Combine milk, vanilla, honey, egg and egg white; blend well. Add oats; stir to mix well. Divide mixture evenly among muffin cups. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.

Question: Can you please tell me the expiry dates of this item
Answer: Oats are already naturally gluten free, BUT, during the process of making the oatmeal, it’s possible that a little gluten might get in - kind of like products that say were prepared at a place where ‘nuts’ are also prepared.
Question: Are these available without all the added sugar
Answer: These oats are NOT instant. I cook them on the stove. Oats go in the pot first, then top with water and cook on low while you're taking your morning shower or checking emails. Pretty much cooks on its own.
Question: Ho many carbs per cup
Answer: No, the EWG tested regular quaker oats but not organic. I wish they had tested the organic oats for herbicides, so we would know if they have glyphosate or not, but they did not.

Answer: I'm sorry, I have no idea. I do know that it is absolutely delicious!

Answer: It’s 4 boxes of oatmeal. So it’s 40 packets.
