Answer:	I went straight to the ingredients once I seen sucralose that was a big nope for me. I’m not Keto right now but I know from researching it before artificial sweeteners are a no no. But just in general artificial sweeteners should be a no no they are horrible. Also natural and artificial flavoring what the heck is that? It’s so hard to find a great tasting protein powder now days not made with artificial junk. When you do it’s really expensive and/or tastes like dirt.

Answer:	This is the one pancake recipe I have tried so far. I am on the low carb lifestyle so it may not work for you, but these taste great to me. Ingredients: 2 eggs; 2 scoops of the protein powder; 1 teaspoon baking powder; 6 tablespoons water or almond milk; cooking spray or coconut oil for greasing your pan. Heat a skillet or a griddle on the stove while you mix up the batter. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Use a 1/3 measuring cup to size your pancakes. Cook them until they are slightly bubbly on top and golden brown underneath and then flip them and cook about another minute. You can add other things like chocolate chips or chopped walnuts. Supposed to make 6 to 8 pancakes. Hope this helps.

I am an active 175 lb 6ft male. I feel confident in this mix providing me the necessary macros while still maintaining a caloric deficit with very few net carbs. Obviously I wouldnt limit my diet to only this for an extended period of time but week long strectches have been very doable. Additionally of all the meal replacement shakes I have had such as ketochow(gak) the texture and flavor are far and away the best. You can actually drink this stuff its not thick as oatmeal. Answer:	I don't see why not. It will have a different consistency I'm sure but it should taste good.

Answer:	The mix calls for both heavy cream and water. I’ve only made them as directed and they came out great. If you are looking for more fat try MCT. Hope this helped.
Question:	Does anyone know how to break down the recipes directions into making 2 biscuits at a time versus all 10 at a time
Answer:	Well, this will sound simple minded, but I would weigh the contents, figure out how much is 1/5, weigh out that and mix it with 1/5 of the water, and voila, enough dough for two biscuits. What I actually do though is make all 10 (usually I make 12 out of one package) and use some and freeze the rest. They heat up beautifully in the oven.
Question:	Can these be frozen after baking or is it possible to make 1/2 of the bag at a time

Answer:	The cakes are frozen to -20° before being shipped out. We also include ice packs to help keep them cool during transit. Depending on the weather the cakes, will arrive cool or at room temperature.

Answer:	I am assuming that your package is identical to mine, with the same instructions. Mine arrived excellently frozen from Amazon Fresh. I just looked at the instructions on the package (in my freezer), and it says NOT to re-freeze after thawing. So the answer to your questions is no. Also -- important point, I think -- instructions on package say to cook and consume within 24 hours of thawing.
