Tea tea infused lotion helps a lot and prevents dead skin from building up back onto your feet as well.

Answer:	I (female) wear size 9. I ordered large size 9 - 13. I think you, probably, may be okay ordering it too. You place the stretcher inside and I have to turn the handle quite a ways before it finally gets tight. I have really like it. It has made it so shoes I have not been able to wear fit now. My husband wears size 9 shoes and uses it too.
