Answer:	This tea is a strong healthy Good herb tea..You can drink it First thing in the morning hot, And all through the day hot..But it's not very good To drink it ice cold -Or- Drink it straight cold From the fridge..It's best to drink this tea at room temperature -Or- warm -Or- hot, So that the strongest of the herbs, By you drinking the tea warm -Or- hot..It will Keep your Digestive/Immune system Healthy. And you may lose weight. And only use Organic honey, And only Sugar substitute When drinking this tea. And Don't use a very lot of honey. Only 1 Tablespoon Of honey, And Only 1 Tablespoon of sugar substitute.

Answer:	Sorry, I'm a guy. But googling your question resulted in the following: Ginger does seem to have other benefits related to menstruation. Results from one study of 92 women with heavy menstrual bleeding showed that daily ginger supplements may help reduce the amount of blood lost during menstruation. Also seems to help cramps as well. I tend to drink this to ease gastric problems. Hope this helps.
