Answer:	You can heat it any way you prefer in a clean container. I microwave it for about 30 seconds but that would depend on your microwave. The reason you should use distilled vs tap or drinking water is because often times certain chemicals and minerals are added for taste and for human nutritional benefits whereas distilled water is basically just pure H2O. These added minerals can interact in your sinus membranes and disrupt the natural chemical reactions by introducing a surplus of other chemicals or minerals that throw these reactions out of equilibrium. Answer:	Well, I bathed my little guy closer to 1 time a week and it lasted a year and a half. I guess that would work out to about 6-8 weeks. I used a generous amount each time (4-5 pumps) since my guy has a lot of hair. The one thing to note is that it is not tear free so you have to be pretty vigilant about keeping it out of their eyes. It happened a couple of times and it seemed just to sting his eyes a little bit, nothing too dramatic. I hope that is helpful.
