My MD suggested since I suffer from asthma and the last 3 years I've had bronchitis. Since I started taking this tea 2 -3 times a day I haven't been sick. I had a minor cold early this year that went away in a week. Haven't really needed to use my asthma meds either. Hope this helps you....be well
