Answer:	If you don't mind minty tea, you'll like these. No artificial taste and the ingredients are real.

Answer:	Carbs are less than 1gram per serving. I have to remain conscious of my carbs because I am on an insulin pump. They have labors but the carb was far less than what I can even consider dosing for.

Answer:	Just want to say that if you're talking about the black organic tea from Ceylon, Ceylon is not China. It's Sri Lanka. You are right to be concerned about heavy metals in tea, most especially from, China. Check out this article on the matter, specifically Table 4 if you read nothing else. This is what I use as a guide for where to source my teas. https://www.hindawi.com/journals/jt/2013/370460/ In a nutshell, buy your organic green tea from Sri Lanka and your black tea could be from India or Sri Lanka, although that decision is a little less clear based on the chart mentioned above.

Answer:	I have used other brands of Assam Banaspaty loose leaf tea & this is comparable in taste & texture. We like it and when I tested it against another brand there really was no difference in flavor. It comes in a plastic sealed bag with a company label. I transfer it to a glass jar after opening it. The expiration date was a year from purchase date. You ask what a person can tell what is actually in??? How do we really know what is actually in any thing we buy. The company has a web site. It seems legit. . The tea is good and comparable with more expensive brands if Organic tea. I for one am happy I tried it because I use a lot of black tea to drink and make Kombucha with and it saves me money in the long run. I hope this helps you.

Answer:	Early Grey is NOT decaf but it is far light in caffein. It is "Earl Grey" means early evening! just as it is about to get dark and grey towards the night is when this tea is for BUT as a person who is sensitive to caffein I drink this in the morning. I also have had it at night too, it is not a tranquilizer but surely did not keep me up all night, so I consider it safe. Also, there is de-caffeinated version of the same and remember if you are a tea expert and tea lover, you can always play with the percentage of caffein in your cup buy adjusting the water temperature. Sometimes steeping your tea bag in a cool water before dropping it in a hot cup makes the caffein not release as much. This is good when you are stuck at someone's house being offered a full caffein strong tea :-). But the Bergamot essence is what makes this particular tea irresistible and some studies show that it is relaxant, so perfect treat for an evening chill. Answer:	I have been brewing Kombucha with this tea for years now with no problems but I use a combination of organic black tea (50%), this brand Silver Needle white tea (30%%) & organic green tea (20%). To have a healthy scoby you should add black at least every other brew. You should also not use teas with additives or added oils because they throw off the balance of yeast & bacteria which is why I stay away from blends. But I am not sure why white tea cannot be used unlimited as long as you add black tea or switch over to black tea st least every other brew.
Question:	Is there Stevia or sweetener in this tea? I just drank a cup and cannot get over the sweet taste
Answer:	I have tried the Gunpowder several times and found it to be a decent green tea. It is not as good as Stash (or a couple of others) but it is cheaper. I prefer Davidson's Imperial green because it has more flavor.

Answer:	Definitely the hibiscus. Its really a nice tea, good quality.

Answer:	Unfortunately, while some our blends are organic we are not allowed to advertise our teas as organic because our packaging facility has yet to receive organic certification. Many of our blends are not organic because of the number of ingredients involved with each of our blends. Our Fruity Pebbles blend uses organically grown sencha but the strawberry pieces are not organic so the whole tin is no longer organic. Question:	Do you receive the teas that are in the picture or does everyone get a different set
Answer:	I've been able to rebrew Fruity Pebbles at least once consistently after the initial time and it still tastes as flavorful. I've also used the leaves for a third time with it just tasting a little less powerful. I do 175 for the full three minutes on the first brew, and then I sometimes add another thirty seconds on the second brew or else replace some of the used leaves with some new.

Answer:	I think XXL would fit you better... I bought a XL and it fits nice with a Tshirt but when I ride my motorcycle I don't have enough freedom via my shoulder/arms. I am 6,3 200lbs. I have pretty wide shoulders so this may be my problem. Overall it is a nice jacket, stitches wont last so by no means is this an heirloom :) but it is a nice jacket.

Answer:	Hi and thank you for your purchase and your order. The blend does not have stevia. There are only four ingredients in it - organic turmeric root, organic ginger root, organic lemongrass and organic licorice. The sweet taste comes from the Licorice.

Answer:	There is no figurine...just tea bags...
Question:	The instructions are written in poor English. It seems to say pour boiling water on the leaves, then dump it, then pour again. Is that right
Answer:	I have found those terms to be confusing, even misleading. What I prefer is a tea that is decaffeinated using CO2 and not ethyl acetate. I was disappointed that Red Rose uses ethyl acetate as I loved their tea. Now that I have to have decaf, I will have to change brands.
Question:	I purchased the Gunpowder tea but cannot understand the brewing instructions. How much tea do I use per ounces of water, and what brewing temperature
Answer:	The box says it is naturally decaffeinated. It says nothing is added to decaffeimate it.

1. Heating the Water

Always use freshly drawn water. Water which has previously been boiled will have become de- oxygenated and will not produce a good liquor. If possible, the water should be filtered to remove the chlorine and other additives that affect the taste. Heat water to the temperature recommended for your tea using an electric hot water heater or a stovetop kettle.

2. Selecting the Tea

Choose your favorite blend from our large selection of teas. Black teas are the most frequently used as part of the afternoon tea custom. However, if you’re looking for a lighter tea, select from one of our many delicious green teas or herbal infusions. Use 1 teaspoon of tea per person, plus one for the pot.

3. Brewing Tips

Once the water reaches the appropriate temperature, it should be poured immediately onto the tea leaves to allow the best brew. Check the pack or the table below for brewing times as this varies between blends. When brewing, cover the teapot with a tea cosy to keep the heat in. When your tea is done steeping, immediately remove the tea bag and lightly stir.
