Question:	I purchased this item approximately 2 weeks and when I opened it and squeezed the product out I got a bunch of black stuff, what is it
Answer:	I suspect Zoetis is having either QC, manufacturing, or fake/bootleg issues with this product. I've purchased this for years and my most recent purchase, from Feb 2020, from a buyer here that goes by "After Reading", on first use what's normally a white-ish paste, came out as a very runny yellow. My dog has used this on-and-off for years, and this time it seemed to sting and burn her eyes, which never happened before. I immediately rinsed out her eyes. Be careful of what this might do to your pets or animals. There's definitely some issues going on that Zoetis needs to address.

Answer:	Tractor supply has it. Full tube and it's actually an ointment consistency. I bout this stuff 4 times and had no idea that it was watered down. I did notice that it was pretty much just air though. Only received 1 full tube out of 4 and all were watered down to be more of a gel than an ointment. I ordered from TSC and picked it up half hour later.
Question:	how to apply
Answer:	I used a q-tip. Remove gunk from eye(s) first. Then add a little dab of ointment on tip of q-tip and hold kittens head and keep eye open with left hand and used my right hand to carefully apply the ointment directly onto the eye. Let go of eye and they naturally blink, which helps spread the medication over the surface of the eye. Use a new q-tip for the other eye and each time you apply the medication. Do NOT let the surface of the q-tip touch the eye, only the ointment and do Not reuse q-tips. This method helped keep the tube and each eye from getting contaminated. The kittens eyes cleared up within a week.

Answer:	General speaking Bumblefoot is an abscess, so it will need to be lanced for Banixx to treat effectively. Once lanced, put a Banixx soaked cotton ball, cover with vet wrap. The chicken will need to be kept in a somewhat clean environment, which may mean quarantine.

Question:	It says to feed it to chicks 0-8 weeks of age. Do you need to feed it other stuff during that time, what about after 8 weeks
Answer:	HI there. You may feed the chick starter for now, it is formulated with everything they need. They may stay on starter or move on to the grower feed from 8 to 16 weeks. When they are about 16 weeks old, you move them to layer pellets. If you free range them, or give them other food, such as; oatmeal or corn, etc., then you must give them a little grit.

Answer:	No it is not. Most corn is gmo origin unless stated.
Question:	Do the chicks get coccidia from their droppings
Answer:	They do not get Coccidiosis from their "own" droppings. But they do easily pick it up from protozoa found in the ground. The whole idea behind medicated chick starter is that it helps chicks fight off the early exposure to the germ. As they age, they become stronger and are most likely immune due to earlier exposure. There is another method of preventing Coccidiosis, and that involves vaccinating newly hatched chicks. If you are ordering directly from a hatchery, this is often an option for a few cents more per chick. The one other option is to limit exposure to older chickens and to areas where other chickens have been until the chicks are strong enough to fend off the Coccidiosis. However, the oocysts (Coccidiosis "eggs") are pretty much everywhere and if you take care of a flock already (or have a large population of wild birds on your property), there is a strong chance you will transmit the oocysts in your clothing, shoes, hair, etc. And that is part of the argument for vaccinating or medicating chicks when they are new to this world.

Answer:	I dont think this is only for birds that are chicks....I a baby quail is considered a chick so the quail should be ok ..but you may want to ask it yourself. I know it may not work for ducklings as they are not considered a chick...I think they probably know somehow and are like nah thats chick food not duckling...but I guess I would have to ask a duckling as well to be sure.

Had to use it every day to keep his eyes even sort of clear.....
