It's much better for the human diet than regular sugar, and far better than the artificial sweeteners used in other drinks.

Answer:	Pumps do not fit all Coffee Matte bottles and is too large for the fridge...otherwise unsightly hanging around in kitchen

Answer:	Each pack comes with 2 pumps - 1 for each bottle. This product is designed to be food safe, so you only use 1 pump per each bottle. First, open the lid and remove the seal from the bottle. Second, open the bag and remove the pump. Next, hold the round ring in your left hand and twist/push the actual pump head with the right. In about 1/2 turn the pump will expand. Then, simply insert the whole pump into the bottle. Tighten until it clicks. Then begin pumping. It will take 2-3 pumps before you get product dispensed. The pump does NOT come off the bottle to help maintain food safety. Once the bottle is empty, dispose of whole bottle and then start on your second.

Question:	my order arrived but it tastes sour. This is the first time to try oat milk. Don't know whether this is the normal taste
Answer:	It shouldn't have a sour taste. It should be somewhat creamy and have a faint oatmeal/nutty taste. One thing I would recommend: shake the container really well before each pour. The oat 'solids' can settle at the bottom and create a separation (which might be what you are tasting). Otherwise, you may have a bad batch and I would contact amazon to get a replacement. This is a really great milk/creamer substitute, so don't give up.

Answer:	Yes, it is only 6 months and I ordered cases due to pandemic but still drinking ones recently expired such as the one I am drinking now 5/18/2020 expired April 11, 2020 but it tastes like it always taste and it is BEST IF USED BY date thus it means product is deteriorating but may still be edible. If I would have know such a short shelf like would not have spent hundreds of dollars, will have to donate so can be used now.

Answer:	It is quite creamy to me; not like whipped cream creamy, but certainly close to 1/2 & 1/2. Use the red unsweetened if you want closer to that. It is creamy enough that I substiture it for cream in baking and with granola & fruit. Perfect creamer! It’s always a matter of personal taste buds but I can’t tolerate dairy and this is the very best after trying innumerable products.

Question:	do nupods come in individual single use packages
Answer:	Each container is 11 oz. The number of servings depends on how much you choose to use.
Question:	Is this able to be used in a Nespresso milk frother or is it too thick
Answer:	I haven’t tried it in my frother yet, but it’s very thin and not creamy at all. Consistency is more like water than milk if that helps.
Question:	How is this called cinnamon swirl, but theres no cinnamon in it

Question:	how long can this be refrigerated
Answer:	This is shelf stable for up to one year, or date on the package. When you put it in the fridge it should be used in 7-10 days per the box, but personally I have had them in my fridge for 14-18 days and they were still fine before I used them up. :)
