Answer:	I haven’t ordered this flavor before. The vanilla hazelnut is very good !

Answer:	-\If you go to this foreshortened Amazon URL, http://tinyurl.com/k8zkyop , you'll see an image that doesn't say "decaf" anywhere. If you order off what page, I'm pretty sure you'll get non-decaffeinated coffee. I would order of this page expecting to get regular coffee. So the short answer to your question is "no." It comes in decaffeinated versions. I would trust the headline and text more than the images which may be recycled for convenience even if they aren't perfectly appropriate. If images don't exactly match product, it wouldn't be the first time on Amazon.
Question:	I followed the instructions of 2 tbsp coffee per 6 oz of water. why does it come out too strong? the woods and water is supposed to be a light roast
Answer:	Strength and darkness of roast are two completely separate factors. The ratio of coffee to water is what determines how strong it is. That’s all. What that means is that any coffee can be brewed strong or weak. 2 tablespoons to 6 ounces of water might be stronger coffee than you are used to. Most Americans have gotten used to this because a lot of restaurants try to use as little coffee as they have to to keep costs down. Cameron’s recommendation is how coffee should taste. The darkness of the roast is exactly what it sounds like. It’s about how long the beans were left in the roaster. Think about steaks. A well done steak is always going to taste a little burnt and you end up tasting the char at least as much as you taste the meat. In the same way, dark roasted coffees like French roast or even espresso roast give you a little more of the roasted taste then just the taste of the coffee. Again, you can take any coffee in the world and simply not roast it very long and produce a “light roast” coffee. But the biggest factor with all of this it’s where the coffee comes from to begin with. The flavor of Mexican coffee, for instance is incredibly different from the taste of, say, coffee from Kenya. There are varying degrees of acidity, smoothness, and simply flavor. So you could get coffee from Guatemala, roast it for a short time, and brew it fairly strong, and you would get a very different cup of coffee from the same beans roasted longer and brewed weaker. The short answer to all of this is that you did get a light roast coffee. Experiment with backing off the amount of coffee to water until it tastes closer to what you prefer. Cheers!
Question:	How does Cameron's Highlander Grog compare to Boston Stoker's Highlander Grog
Answer:	I have had Boston Stoker's Highlander Grog & in my opinion Boston's is a much better tasting coffee but is also almost twice the price. I am not saying Cameron's is not good & I like the price. It's more like it is a weaker blend. I noticed right away that the aroma was not as enticing as Boston's either.

Answer:	No it is not. And it tastes very different. I called the company directly and they said the only way to get 100% Hawaiian is to buy directly from them. And theirs states on the package 100% Hawaiian. They said if it states 100% Arabica that it is 25% Hawaiian and from Virginia.

Answer:	In my opinion it is. Very similar to Kona acid wise, but a brighter deeper flavor. My stomach agrees with the low acidity of this coffee.

Answer:	No it is not and it doesn’t taste nearly as good. I called the company directly and they informed me the only way to get the 100% Hawaiian is to buy directly from them. They said that if the package states 100% Arabica that it is only %25 Hawaiian.

Answer:	hi. the beans are not oily at all. they are perfectly roasted. oily is a misconception that oily is the freshest bean, but it can be quite the opposite. depending on what type of machine you have the Lavazza beans are the best. We have a Gaggia Titanium and all other beans get stuck/clogged. hope this helps.
Question:	Would this coffee be good to use in a regular drip coffeemaker, or is an espresso maker required? Thank you
Answer:	It will make a smooth, flavorable cup of regular coffee. Just grind the beans for a drip coffee machine. The Super Crema Espresso Beans are an Italian roast (medium) rather than a dark roast that is sometimes bitter. Some mornings when time is tight, I make a pot of regular coffee and steam milk for cafe au lait.
Question:	How many servings are in this bag
Answer:	It all depend on how you use it. I use 19 grams of beans to pull a 36 gram 28 second espresso shot (I use a non-pressurized filter). 2.2 lbs = 1000 grams, thus, I get about 52 cappuccinos. I probably average about 2.5 per day, therefore, each bag lasts me about 3 weeks. With a pressurized filter, the standard is 7 grams per shot, therefore, 140 shots. Using my chemex I will use 10 grams per cup, therefore I get 100 cups. Many people use 7 grams per cup, so they will get 140 cups. Hope this helps. (btw, this comes to about 45 cents per cappuccino, with milk it comes to 60 cents each, at 2.5 per day I spend $1.50 for what would cost me $10 per day at Starbucks (the McDonald's of coffee).
Question:	What is the difference going from Super Crema to Gran Crema
Answer:	Both are medium roasts. However, the Gran Crema is 40% South America arabica and 60% Southeast Asia robusta beans, where Super Crema is 60% Southeast Asia robusta beans and and 40% South American arabica beans, so the Super Crema is going to be more delicate with brighter tones (more fruity) while the Gran Crema is going to have deeper and richer tones, more chocolate-y and nutty. For those who say that these beans are bitter, they--or their machine--may be overextracting the beans. If grinding your own, may want to try a coarser grind to make less bitter. If sour, may want to try grinding finer. Can be a little difficult to distinguish the two, so may want to do some research online for how to differentiate. Regarding the flavor of creama (not this product, but generally speaking), creama usually does not taste very good. What crema does help do is allow one to identify how well their extraction went.

Question:	I find that the product "clumps up" a lot. How do I avoid this
Answer:	Hey Marlene. Glad you chose this brand and product for it's quality is unsurpassed, to me anyway. I haven't had to deal with clumps for awhile due to the my way of applying the powder. As opposed to putting in my desired amount and stirring, I stir as I pour the powder in the cup. That way it doesn't have a chance to settle as it's being mixed right in. That omits the clumps and a potential mess. Hope this helps and may every cup be an unforgettable experience.
Question:	Can you use this as instant coffee (by itself, mixed with water) - or does it need to be added to regular coffee
Answer:	You could do either one, but I personally prefer it with just water. It is complete, and wonderfully delicious with just water. I also love it in a Frappe made in a blender with ice and a little water. I’m so in love with this stuff, I bring it with me when visiting someone else and have gotten them addicted to it, too. Has to be the English Toffee flavor! My one and only favorite.

Answer:	Yes. Decafinated coffee contains a small amount of caffeine. More importantly, the ingredients list cocoa. Although cocoa does not technically contain caffeine, it has theobromine which is basically the same thing as caffeine. It is like selling a product that says “glucose free” when it is packed with fructose. I find it very misleading that the seller states “no caffeine”.

Answer:	Here's how to determine which k-cups are compatible with the Keurig 2.0: On the front of the k-cup box at the very bottom there is a black square. Inside of this square it reads: For use in all Keurig k-cup brewers. At the top of this black square there is a check mark in a circle. These can be used in your 2.0. If looking at an individual k-cup, first is the brand name: Green Mountain, Gloria Jean's, etc. Next is the flavor: Breakfast Blend, Butter Toffee, etc. Next there is a black circle. Inside of this circle are the words KEURIG brewed. The only k-cups that work with my 2.0 are the ones with this logo, no exceptions! Sure hope this helps clarify the situation!

Answer:	The individual cups--NO, but I found "best buy by dates" on both a 54 cup regular box and an 18 cup decaf box. These were located on the bottom of the boxes near the bar code. Therefore you can check them before you buy. Off the internet, who knows?

Answer:	I have been ordering this coffee for several years and still love it. I recently switched from using an AeroPress to cold brew and it is still my favorite every day blend. I have tried others and aside from their own Grizzly Claw I have not been able to find another blend that satisfies my taste buds as well. Glady give it 5 stars
Question:	How long the time I can store this coffee
Answer:	I have stored UNOPENED, SEALED 5-pound bags of several different brands of coffee — and this is the important part — in the back of the BOTTOM basket in my freezer successfully (so far!l) for almost seven — that's right SEVEN — YEARS, now. I "Sharpie" the date on each bag upon the start of what may be a long, cold "slumber" in the bowels of my "not-so-cryogenic" freezer, only to choose an "oldie but goodie" from the collection at some far future date. I have yet to be disappointed from opening and enjoying the exquisite aroma, flavor, smoothness, and even "elegance" of the contents of a 5 or 6-plus year old bag. I have done this ONLY with UNOPENED, SEALED *WHOLE BEAN* coffee. I did try some bags of unopened, sealed GROUND coffee, but couldn't get them to "survive" long term freezer storage more than about 18 months before their respective "flavor", aroma, and "smoothness" profiles started to noticeably diminish.
Question:	What is the different between Kick ass dark & Three sisters medium
Answer:	Just a different roast. I can't tell you the taste difference because we've always drink the Kick Ass because of it's low acidity.
Question:	are the beans in this coffee wet processed, and therefore free of mold
Answer:	Fair trade coffee is not guaranteed to be free of mold or mycotoxins. Bad beans can slip through and even often do. Mycotoxins are present in a large percentage of coffee beans and make it into the final drink. However, their levels are far below the safety limit. Unfortunately, fair trade beans are all over the place on the spectrum. It's nice that the market "drives" prices, but in reality, we need to get away from the system they are using currently. Kicking Horse has pretty good coffee though. For almost 10 bucks for 10oz, I'm gonna try to just support locally roasted beans.

Answer:	Yes, it works fine. The size of the bottom of both the #2 and #4 filters is exactly the same. Trim about an inch off of the top of a #4 filter, and you have a #2 filter.

Answer:	#4 filter is for a coffee maker that makes 8 -12 cups of coffee while the #2 filter is used for 2-6 cups electric & 1 cup non-electric cone coffee makers.
Question:	What, if any, is the advantage of the Bambo filters to the natural brown or white Melitta filters? I've read the bamboo filters are prone to breakage
Answer:	I've been using Melitta paper filters since before they even started selling unbleached brown ones (and the white ones were still bleached with chlorine-based bleach, obviously well-rinsed afterward) and frankly have never noticed any difference among those. As for the bamboo, I don't think there's any claimed functional advantage, the idea is probably that bamboo is supposed to be a more "environmentally-friendly" source of paper since many bamboo species grow faster than the trees used for pulp wood, but as is usually the case, I seriously doubt that's a clear benefit when you take into consideration all the factors involved, from growing the paper source on through to the final manufacture.

Answer:	They come in a mixed variety pack. So they aren't in the original box with the brand name on it or a logo. We didn't get many duplicates either. They all work in our machine.
Question:	Are these recyclable? (the whole thing, mainly the plastic part) thanks to everyone in advance
Answer:	If you keep the coffee in the pod I do not believe it is recyclable. I use the grounds for my compost, since the only thing left is plastic I put mine in the recycle bin. Not sure if I am doing it correctly but it makes sence to me. You should check with your local refuse service.
