Answer:	Same thing happened to me, I called customer service and they sent correct item (6 bags whole bean DECaf) and let me keep the incorrect shipment as well! (6 bags reg coffee beans) I can't drink reg coffee, but my son does😉

Answer:	Thanks for your question - it depends on the recipe - I would use say half the amount of vanilla if you were also using Heilala Vanilla Sugar in the same recipe. Heilala Vanilla Sugar crystals are soaked in Vanilla Extract then dried and mixed with ground vanilla bean so it is a lot more intense than traditional Vanilla sugar.

Question:	Is your jamaican peaberry certified
Answer:	I have only one box and about half of the pods worked in my 2.0 brewer and the rest went "Oops!". I tried making coffee this morning and four of them all came up "Oops!" and would not work. I'm really disappointed with the product since they are supposed to work in 2.0 machines but obviously this is not always the case. Keurig offered no help except for telling me to buy a different product next time. Thanks, Keurig! It would be nice if Brooklyn Beans would step in and offer to help me out since their product did not live up to the claims made and I paid about $38.00 at the time for a box.

Answer:	We sell our coffee directly to Amazon. Through economies of scale they are able to offer our coffee at competitive prices. Final pricing decisions are made by Amazon based on their numerous business considerations. We have not made any changes recent changes that would reflect on the price of our coffee.
Question:	Are these coffees roasted after ordering or are they sent from a warehouse
Answer:	We currently have 3 variety packs that do not have decaf coffee (Bold, Medium, Flavored). We have also stopped producing the Assorted Variety pack with decaf coffee, although this change has not completely filtered through Amazon's current inventory.

Answer:	According to their blog, Sturm foods (based in Chicago) was purchased and eventually became part of Bay Valley Foods of North America. It appears that Bay Valley's production facilities are mostly in the US (their products are produced and processed in the US) according to their web site. The coffee maybe grown worldwide depending on the blend, but processed and packaged in the US.

Answer:	I cannot really taste anything compared to a Kona Blend from Hawaii or any of the big store keurig flavors but for the price, i hope it's really coffee.
