Operation Instruction:

➤ Measure 100-120G of fresh coffee beans into the roller.

➤ Turn on the rotation motor.

➤ Placed desire heating method underneath the roller. Turn on the heating method.

➤ Coffee beans should be in greenish colour at the beginning of dehydrating, after 8 minutes some amount of smoke should occur.O

➤ Once it begins to smoke, there should be first crack. After the first crack,reduce the heating method to low heat.

➤ The beans should have some amount of smoke once again after being on low heat for 3 minutes, during this time we need to pay close attention to how the coffee beans are turning out.

➤ After approximately 3 minutes depending on the condition of the beans,heating method need to be turned off after the second crack.

➤ Once the heat is turned off you may now remove the coffee beans from the roller and let the beans to be cooled by air. In the meantime clean off the silverskin/ chaff. Average roasting duration should be 15 minutes.
