Answer:	No. It is a tissue type pullup. The do have individually wrapped ones but they are very expensive and this packaging stayed tightly closed.

Answer:	That's exactly what I got when I ordered these -- 3 separate packages with 20 wipes each, for a total of 60 wipes. I think they're great! I go through each package very slowly, and the wipes don't dry out, but whenever I purchase some sort of wipe in this type of packaging, I take double caution by storing the whole package in a ziploc bag. Actually, I use Walmart brand freezer "ziploc" bags. I think they're better than "Ziploc" brand! Anyway, sorry I rambled, but this is a fantastic product, much better than the Summer's Eve I used to use. Answer:	Radio flyer makes two versions of this balance bike, one with air tires and one with foam tires. This is the listing for the one with air tires. However Amazon sent me the wrong one the first time. In my opinion the air tires are much nicer - they give more traction and a smother ride, especially if it will be used on uneven road. The foam tires and okay because they don't need upkeep but they are slippy (definitely not good for indoor use) and get rocks and things embedded in them easily.

Answer:	I suppose it could, but the way the seat is facing makes it more like an easy 180 degree - I cannot remember if the seat easily swivels to make it around 360. Either way, my son & his friends are still obsessed with this toy. One of our best purchases!

What is Schwinn SmartStart? It is a complete redesign of bike geometry to better match a child's body type to create a more comfortable, ideal riding position. This includes a lighter bike frame for added control, smaller grip diameters to match smaller hands, and a more narrow pedal position to match children's smaller hips. Other kids bikes are just shrunken down versions of adult bikes.

On a SmartStart bike, there will be less wobble while the child pedals so they will feel more confident and comfortable while going through the learning process. Plus, the seat angle was changed so as the seat is raised the reach distance to the handlebar also increases; meaning that the bike will fit your child longer.

Answer:	Mine are 100% cotton. That's what the product is stating now and then. But when I ordered, I see someone posted they didn't get a cotton set. Since they are all cotton they will stretch out.
