The Mexican made ones that I used to buy from Walmart by PolyGroup are not very good because the portion that grips the pump motor and the basket was so flimsy that the filter would disconnect from the pump and basket and let the leaves go into the pump. Sometimes the plastic grip portion came off after two days of use, almost ruining my pump. These Chinese made Intex ones firmly attach to the motor and basket. |

Not really, sticks to paint and metal, but tape is quite thick and stiff, on curved areas (pipe) overtime could lift trying to straighten itself out. Unless you cut it up into small enough slices or find enough flat areas, I would expect it not to stay. Reflects very well on the other hand. |
