Answer:	Yes, but one of the reasons I returned the bag was that my 13-inch laptop didn’t stay snug even in the sleeve - and when I set the bag on the table with the laptop in it, I could hear the laptop hitting the table. So probably not ideal for a 13-inch laptop.

Answer:	Capacity varies depending on the style you choose. Carefully look at the actual dimensions of each style. Personally some of the smaller and moderately sized bags are just too cramped to get in and out of in a hurry. A lot depends on how you will use the bag, if you have a family and need to be prepared with lots of stuff, get the larger. If you're carefree and unencumbered a smaller simpler style for only the absolute essentials might be better. Search around, there are video presentations on QVC for several Travelon bags. Sometimes there prices or easy pay is better sometimes Amazon.

Answer:	I've got the same concern. The Travel Pro Crew 11 bag has these listed Case Dimensions: 11 inches x 15 inches x 9 inches, Overall Dimensions: 11 inches x 16 inches x 8 inches. That's within Sun Country's sizing of 17 x 13 x 9, for a personal size bag. Seems the manufacturer dodged the answer. Hope this helps.

And there would still be room for small items. However I use the slots for my cards and a small zipper case for cash. I need room for my widemouth Swell bottle.
