Answer:	If you're looking for the powder form that you just add water to; it's Big Train Chai. We drink both, but this is more potent enjoyable spice flavor. The Big T is also good as a frozen chai, i.e., Starbucks, but you'll save a lot more with this and enjoy the true flavors of spice. We use 1/2 c. tea to an 8 cup coffee press and let steep overnight, stir well to let out all flavor, then dissolve 1/2 c. sugar & press, keep concentrate in fridge until use. Fill 1/2 mug with concentrated tea mix you made and other 1/2 hot water or cold water and cream, yum! Great also for iced tea. Big hits at parties especially if you add the tapioca bubbles.

Answer:	It's definitely spiced, and definitely not plain tea. It has a unique flavor.

Answer:	It tastes just like the thai tea I've had at several restaurants. The flavor is complex, but I don't know if I would personally call it "smoky". If you steep it for a very long time (I boil it for 2ish minutes and then let it stand for 30 mins before straining) then it has, what I suppose could be seen as, a smoky flavor (but is really mostly an over-steeped taste, but that seems to be how it should be made and I love it).

Answer:	I would recommend using 2-3 sachets with a cup of hot water. Wait for 3-5 mins and remove the tea bags (squeeze the tea bag a bit as it is where flavor most concentrated). Then, you can add sugar, ice and half&half. Alternatively, you can use condensed milk instead of half&half if you want to make it the way they do in Thailand.

Answer:	I’ve been using one tea bag per 10-16 oz of water. You can put as much or as little water since the flavor is quite strong. It’s really at your discretion how strong you want the tea flavor. But for me, as stated above, I just guesstimate it and depends on my mood.

Answer:	The tea in this is powdered black tea, and it also has powdered milk and seasonings. Unfortunately, there’s nothing that tells us the specific amounts. But powdered black tea has about 40mg of caffeine per 8 oz cup, compared to about 26 in a tea bag. From my experience, this seems accurate. I expected this to have less caffeine than say, iced tea, but I have trouble sleeping if I drink this in the evening. I’d say based on those amounts and my own experience that this product has the same or slightly more caffeine than regular black tea bags. Hope this helps!
