Answer:	It kept me a little bit over level because I consumed this at night after working out. It was quick and easy. I usually at a banana or mixed it with lactose free milk. By itself mixed in water, in my opinion it’s not a heavy hitter if you’re really serious in your workouts! If you deadlift, do a lot of cross training, bench press, squat, and so forth, 70 grams of carbs won’t cut it. Also, people are different. If you’re gaining the necessary amount of nutrients (carbs and proteins) through the day, this might work. For instance, if you need about 300 grams of carbs, I would make sure I’m around 230 grams or higher when I workout. Also I would eat a carb loaded meal 2-3 hours before my workout cause your body’s gonna burn it. If you burn 40 grams of carbs during your workout, you’re only gaining 30 carbs when you take this cause you got to replace what you lost. So your cabs must be adequate. Something like Serious Mass has around 254 carbs. So of course, you’ll see more gains. It all depends on your diet. Oatmeal, sweet potatoes, rice, and wheat bread was all I ate. I saw gains when I mixed this with milk (only when I was meeting my calorie intake).

Answer:	The label on the whey protein powder indicates that one scoop (47g) is one serving and the container (32 ounces) yields 17 servings per container. Generic recipe on the container says "Mix 1 scoop with 6-8 ounces of water, juice, or milk..... if mixed with 6 ounces, the yield for the whole container would be about 8 by my calculations - if mixed with 8 ounces of liquid, it would fill more 11 ounce bottles. Answer:	there is a 100 calorie version of the muscle milk that you may be referring to. It is much thinner than this one. This one is the original muscle milk, thicker, 160 calories, and it takes better than the thinner one (to me). The thinner one has an artificial taste to me. I like this one, the thicker one, better. I use it as creamer in my coffee or just drink it straight!

Answer:	Milk protein is typically both whey and casein protein. More than likely this does contain both whey (the fast acting protein in milk) and casein (the slower acting protein in milk).

Answer:	I actually switched from the 25g one because I had a lot of trouble with clumping as others have reported. This one is thinner so its not as filling, which is not great because I drink these for breakfast on the go. On the other hand the texture is much nicer...no clumps...and its a little sweeter and more chocolatey. I used to put extra chocolate stevia drops in the 25g one, but no need to do that with this one.

Answer:	It says 3.50/count, and if you multiply 3.50 x 4 it = 14.00, so that would appear to mean 4 packs of 4 individual drinks. It's derived from non-GMO sugar cane and it's created in a process in which the sugars are fermented into the acid. Question:	Has the packaging improved so they are not damaged in shipping
Answer:	I've ordered these probably two dozen times and have never had any damage. The thin cardboard wrapping each bundle of four drinks come in is flimsy and comes unfastened if you try to lift them by that. (I'm talking about the thin piece of card stock that the four tops of the bottles peek through and that is held together with a kind of flap insert.) The thick cardboard that three bundles of drinks come in has never been damaged in my shipments. Neither has the outer box from the shipper. The empty space in the larger outer box is filled with air-inflated bags.
Question:	Does this have caffeine in it
Answer:	No the only ones with caffeine in them are the ones that were named after a coffee drink, like mocha latte.

Answer:	A few days, anyway. I don't know. I've never opened one and not finished it within a day. But I don't suppose they spoil any faster than any other foods.

Answer:	I made the “cheesecake” recipe that’s shown, tasted nothing like cheesecake but more like cool whip. Texture was off and it looked nothing like the picture shown. I would not do it again. Haven’t tried baking anything else with this.......

Answer:	I went straight to the ingredients once I seen sucralose that was a big nope for me. I’m not Keto right now but I know from researching it before artificial sweeteners are a no no. But just in general artificial sweeteners should be a no no they are horrible. Also natural and artificial flavoring what the heck is that? It’s so hard to find a great tasting protein powder now days not made with artificial junk. When you do it’s really expensive and/or tastes like dirt.
