Answer:	8g carbs in the powder and 20g of carbs with a cup of fat free milk. I use Unsweetened Almond milk so it’s a total of 9g of carbs. The almond milk doesn’t have as much protein as the fat free milk so I supplement by eating a 1/4 cup of unsalted raw nuts.
