1. In a 3 quart saucepan, bring chicken stock to a boil over medium-high heat. Add garlic, ginger and cardamom and let simmer for 10 minutes.

2. Drain the water out of the package, rinse the noodles in cool water for 10-15 seconds (the konjac plant aroma is normal and will go away fully in the next step). Put in boiling water for 2 minutes. Then dry the noodles by placing in a non-oiled pan on medium heat until dry. Divide noodles into two bowls.

3. Add chicken to stock and let cook for 5 minutes (until completely cooked).

4. Pour soup into bowls over the noodles. Divide bean sprouts between two soup bowls then top each serving with half the scallions and chili sauce.

5. Garnish bowls with a slice of lime and chopped cilantro.

Answer:	i normally substitute a slimfast or tru-protein shake for a meal, i usually have 1 scoop with 8oz skim milk and a cup of ice,along with a fruit like a banana put in the blender. I also use a 1/4 to 1/2 tspoon of tumeric power because its good for everything that ails you. look it up,, and a teaspoon of metacucil for fiber, drink it down and your on the way, after a while you loose craving for food and always kinda not too hungry, then i have a sensible meal and look forward to tomorrow,, good luck.
Question:	why did this 310 go up over $20 in price for same amount?? used to be
Answer:	This is like a creamy chocolate milk where the "rich chocolate" flavor is more of a bittersweet and not quite as creamy chocolate flavor. Some people might thing it is too sweet and prefer the Rich Chocolate flavor. It's worth nothing this one has slightly more sugar than the other flavors.
