Answer:	Heat rating-? I have no idea--but--I live in Arizona where it gets 100 easy and it is in my truck and works fine. One thing you have to remember is that it has to get charged---so-- if it is off for a long period of time----might take 30 plus minutes of driving before it works-----------you can leave it in "Hot" meaning connected to power, and it will come online fast---------------------sorry couldn't be more help!

Answer:	The plastic bag is not the problem. It is electrical interference from an electric motor, a mad alternator or even high tension electrical wires, also if your vehicleis surrounded by a metal structure it can interfere.

Answer:	V2 is the wired camera input on the side of the monitor and it can be used wherever you would like to place it. V2 is not wireless like the rear camera. You will have to run wires .

Answer:	No it's not wireless, I chose this one because sometimes you get interference with the wireless ones. I had the smaller 4" wireless one first from another manufacture and it was hard to see and did cycle on and off every once and awhile. If your young with good eye sight you might like a smaller unit, this one is big but I like it better than the small one. Hope this helps

Question:	Does the screen only come on when you are backing up
Answer:	The screen comes on when the red wire is connected to 12v and the black wire is connected to ground. In this scenario, with the screen powered on and nothing connected all you will get is a blue screen but connect the included camera to the video input on the screen and supply 12v to the camera and the blue screen will disappear and be replaced with the video from the camera. Power both camera and screen from the same source and they will turn on and off together (this way you will never get a blue screen). Connect them to the vehicle's backup lights and they both will turn on when the vehicle is in reverse. I drive a cargo van and have mine connected so that it is on as long as my engine is running, that way I can see behind me while I am driving.

Answer:	You might be able to add a 12v multiplexer. some of them do 2 & 4 images but 3 I don't know about. This unit won't do that out of the box.

Answer:	the way it is made, it will be to thick to be mounted on your sun visor or to big to fit the area you have to use.

Answer:	No. They call it wireless because it has a wireless remote control. You still need a rca wire from camera to screen. Pissed me off.
Question:	Will this see deer in the road at night
Answer:	Despite the fun we can have with that comment, consider this. As designed, this is a back-up camera which means it will illuminate the area extending out the rear of your vehicle if used as intended where the camera and license plate frame is mounted to the rear license plate mounting area. If you mount it FRONT facing (say on the front license plate frame) then YES, it will probably see a deer at night, but I suspect that if you got your headlights on at night (always a good idea, in my opinion) you will see the deer through your windshield, that big glass thing in front of you. I would not suggest staring at the display monitor in that case. An officer sees you and you'd get a ticket for distracted driving. Again, as in most cases, common sense dictates how you use a product and no amount of instructions can replace common sense. Use it as intended and you will see a deer in the rear if it is within the day view or the infrared illuminated LED night view.

Question:	Wondering about the working distance. Will this work behind my travel trailer a distance of 22 feet from behind my tow vehicle
Answer:	Mine works great behind my 28 foot Terry Trailer.
Question:	Will it drain the battery if connected to a constant 12v supply
Answer:	Yes. If the unit is on and the vehicle is off the car battery will discharge and will need a jump to start. There are two ways to avoid this. One is to plug the unit into a power accessory outlet that does not supply electrical power when the ignition is turned off. Another option is to wire the unit into a fuse box cavity or hot wire somewhere in the dash that does not supply power when the ignition is off. Of course you could manually turn the device on when you start the vehicle and turn it off or unplug it from a power outlet each time you turn off the ignition. I preferred to tap into the dash fuse box using an inexpensive adapter that I purchased from an auto supply store. In doing so the unit is protected by a fuse and it turns on and off automatically with the ignition switch.

Installation:

- The monitor with flexible mounting pad and 3M tape mounts on either the vehicle windshield or dashboard.

- Choose a suitable monitor location in your vehicle that will not block your view for safe driving.

- Clean the mounting area you have chosen with a quality glass cleaner or alcohol to remove any dirt or residue.

- Peel off the protective film from the 3M adhesive mounting pad on the bottom of the monitor bracket and then affix the pad to the desired location.

Answer:	I believe the wire cables are 36ft long each enough to go to the back of my pickup tailgate and from there all the way to the back of 27ft trailer. I got them for backup so I could see the ball and the receiver hitch to hook up to the trailer. the second was for backing up and parking the trailer. after the trailer is put away for season I intend to use one for the front of my truck so I can watch my plough at the front and the other at the back . Being able to see what the plough is at and how close it is to walls and curbs. hope it helped.
