I've had a few female friends wrap their hands around my wrist and they have only been able to get about 2/3 of the way around it. this watch fits me quite well. on the 4th to last hole i get a good bit of movement, on the 5th to last hole its probably about as tight as its supposed to be. i keep it on the 4th hole because i like the extra bit of room

Answer:	It can act as ear muffs that so do your forehead. I actually use it for semi cold weather sometimes. It's weather wicking so it's actually not bad for rain and wind of a milder intensity wind. U WILL notice a difference if u r cold eared and realize it's been in your pocket from summer. I DO use the full head cap from the same company for cold weather as a standard. Does the ears better, keeps my Bluetooth dry and doesn't drip in my face in hard core rain. I don't know where the water goes but it's actually not bad for non deadly cold weather

Question:	Can I use them in place of a pull up bar
Answer:	Depends on amount of weight you're pulling up. The bands, combined, only offer 80lbs of resistance. So, I guess if you weigh 160 or less, and usually do pull ups with both hands on the bar, then the resistance bands might be an alternative.

Answer:	Doesn’t matter if you are a plus size or a petite size. Ropes are rubber so they stretch. If you have never lifted weights this is a great set to begin a weight lifting regimen. Great for traveling!! Easy to pack and lightweight.

Answer:	The bands are 42", total of 44" if you measure to the end of the hooks where you snap on the handles.
Question:	How does it hook to the door
Answer:	It is not a hook. It is a strap with a small ball on the inside of one end- this goes on the opposite side of the door you are on. The strap is held between the door and the door frame- with the door closed. The other side has a loop which is where you attach the bands.
