Answer:	They're true to size. However if you're going to run in them I recommend a size larger. My running days are behind me, with a hip replacement and spinal stenosis. These shoes are very comfortable.

Answer:	The ball of foot cushion pads is a box of 5 sets all the same size and color. They worked great. Just make sure you completely press down on the entire surface to make sure dust cannot get underneath. Mine stayed in place the entire night dancing. Good luck

Answer:	Yes. They will fit men too. I had polio when I was 16, and my feet have been troublesome ever since. I had even developed a corn on the ball of my left foot (something I had never heard of) and these pads proved to be wonderful. You can clean them by dipping them into a cup of water with dish soap. I don't take a step without them!
Question:	Will these make the triangle pointed stiletto heels too small/tight
Answer:	Well, I don’t put them too close to the toe area. I more towards the ball of my feet so they won’t feel too tight. BUT if they are uncomfortable I stretch them out with a shoe stretcher and spray them with a mixture of 1/2 Rubbing alcohol & 1/2 water. AND THAT SEEMS TO DO THE TRICK👍🏽 I Hope this helps. Good luck.

Answer:	Couldn’t say in thickness as I used them on strappy heels. I could say that they did not make my food feel tight at the toe side strap of my shoes.
