Answer:	Dirt doesn't fall out of the small slits. They provide a little extra drainage. Necessary, with such a large pot. I filled mine to higher than the slits and there's no spillage and no mess when watering.

Question:	When it is done brewing there is a pool of coffee in the filter (about 1-2 cups). It eventually comes down. Anyone else with this problem
Answer:	never had that problem. However there is a mechanism that shuts off water flow thru the filter if the glass pot is not in place. My guess is this mechanism is falsely reporting the absence of the pot at some pint during the brew.

Answer:	it calls for 6 cups of vinegar and 4 cups of water, you put it in the back, press the auto-clean button and it does a good job.

Answer:	Mine has a strong feature, and a 2-4 cup feature. I never use the 2-4 cup button. I always make 6 cups. The strong feature I use every morning. I push that first, than I push the on button.

Question:	What is the measurement from the counter to the bottom of the spigot
Answer:	The pot is not in my possession. It is at another location, but I do remember that you can fit a regular China coffee cup under the spigot, but not regular sized 8-oz Paper cup. It might be necessary to place the pot itself on a stand or solid block to raise it. The pot itself is wonderful. less cumbersome then other 45 Cup and fast.....
Question:	What is the spout clearance from counter to bottom of spout
Answer:	Can't answer the questions because we haven't used it yet, and it's stored at another location. (We are a small theatre company and planned to use it during our intermission, however, the play has been postponed until fall) and I am not at the location where it's stored.
Question:	Can this make hot apple cider, hot chocolate, etc. or just coffee
Answer:	It’s a percolator.
Question:	does it keep coffee hot after brewing and for how long
Answer:	Thank you for your question. This appliance will continue to heat the brewed coffee as long the appliance is plugged into a power source.
