What does the resolution mean?

We have noticed that there are so many projectors that claims 1080P supported, however, they are only 720P or even 480P, Artlii Energon 2 is native 1080P projector and it supports 4K. Artlii Energon 2 wifi Projector supports 4K videos when connected with iPhone, iPad, MacBook and laptop, but it will downscale into native 1080P and the picture quality will be superior to normal 1080 pixels.
