Answer:	You could do whatever you want with it. Tilt it in either direction or just leave it the heck alone. It's your call.
Question:	How do you make this tilt? When loosening the wing nuts on the backets that go onto the tv bracket still stays fixed without tilting
Answer:	you would have to loosen up the bolts, angle the hooks on the bracket and then re tighten the bolts again. It is not a flexible movement type of bracket, not one that you can move the tv back and forth once on the wall.

Answer:	Question is a few years old, but for the benefit of people with the same or similar question...most, if not all cell phones include a 3.5mm jack which is used to connect headphones. Assumption 1: You are plugged into your audio out of the TV and not into your cable box audio out.Assumption 2: That you are using the Netflix Application supplied by the TV.If you have a home theater or sound bar, does netflix audio come out of the home theater or sound bar?if no, you got a beef with your TV manufacture. If yes then maybe there is a audio out that you can plug into on the home Theater system.Even in this case I would still complain to the TV manufacturer.
