Answer:	Yes, I think so. I got them for my toddler to use with paint for his art spinner. They were stiff enough that when he squeezed, he got the paint out in drops. Not sure how something super watery would do.

Answer:	You can trim the tops to adjust quantity that you are dispensing / use for thicker substances. Just note that if you trim too much, you wouldn't be able to put the cap on again.
