Next to impossible unless you have two people and a ladder. in order to change the height you have to take out the pin holding it in place, lower or raise the tv to the desired height, and then place the pin back. keep in the mind the two halves of the mounting poles are completely independent as are the pins so theres nothing to keep them from falling other than you

Answer:	Any ceiling joist would support the maximum 66 lbs that it is calling for. In fact, if you go up in your attic and step onto the joist, you will not fall. I am 180 lbs and I often go to the attic stepping on each joists one at a time and they hold me just fine. The TV will be just fine. The important thing is to make sure that the lag bolt hits the ceiling joist and not just through the sheetrock. The sheetrock will not hold anything by itself.

Answer:	Since it tilts a little more forward than a right angle it might be more than 90 but I doubt it's another 20 degrees.

Answer:	Just pull it hard - in a short time meaning a few days mine loosened and can't be tightened so now the tv hangs so the screen is sloped to the counter making it hard to watch.

Answer:	without modification, this will not allow you to hang close to the ceiling. I am 5' 9" tall and my 52 inch tv's bottom is at waist level at its highest adjustment. Hope this is helpful.

Answer:	I mounted a 50" Samsung to my ceiling mount - it fit and worked perfically.

Answer:	It should. I have it installed through a drop ceiling as well but it is connected horizontally to a crossbeam. I seem to remember that the end swivel did swing completely 90 degrees with the swivel plate being completely parralle to the mount tube itself. I would contact the manf.

Answer:	you can stop the screen at any point you desire by pressing the stop button (middle button) on the remote. if you press the down button and never press the stop button the screen will open all the way. you can also press the up button and then press the stop button to stop the screen where you want on the way up. recommend you use the radio frequency remote and not the infared remote. ed

Answer:	That's what I got them for. But you have to be willing to put 4 screws directly into your speaker on the corners of a 10cm square (the size of the mount here). So make sure you have room and clearance for that on the speaker and it should work great.
Question:	Will this mount allow for the flat screen to pivot and be lock in place flush with and against the ceiling
Answer:	another user answered 6 inches...mine is in an installation I no longer have access to.

Answer:	This wall mount screws into the stud in the wall. Unscrew it and move it down and screw back in.
Question:	How far apart are the holes on the ceiling mounting bracket
Answer:	This is confusion due to the video that is attached to the product as it does NOT show it mounting to a FLAT surface such a wall or beam that may be running across a room that is not thick enough to mount to the bottom of.

Question:	can i mount a smller 15 inch screen
Answer:	Yes. The mounts are solidly attached to the pole, and the pole sections are held to one another with screws and pins, so it's a single immobile unit up to the ceiling bracket. But the pole can freely spin 360+ degrees in the ceiling bracket. It's fairly easy to do by hand, but can't be locked that I know of. Just be careful of your cords.
Question:	The description says it will accommodate up to a 75 inch screen TV, but the picture says up to 60inch. What's the max this mount can handle
Answer:	No, there's no extension you can purchase. We extended it with conduit painted black. We drilled holes to line up with the pre-drilled holes.
Question:	Can you rotate the tv via the pole 180 degrees
Answer:	You have to put the screws in the length of the boards the width will be too short
Question:	what's the diameter of the first pipe, can I buy a extension
Answer:	Per the photo images, the screen itself only tilts 20^; so no, this model does not fold flat against the ceiling. On the other hand, the fold-flat model(s) only rotate 45^, while this model rotates 340^. Just pick your utility.
