Answer:	The ingredients on the label states: "Certified Organic, Raw Apple Cider Vinegar and Purified Water. Diluted to 5% acidity." Since there is only 2 ingredients listed it would have to be Purified Water as the diluent before it is bottled and 5% is what most recipes call for in baking/cooking/mixing with Vinegar and raw vinegar might have a different % of acidity from one batch to the next so its all diluted to 5 % for consistency ...if I'm not mistaken ...hope this helped ...

Answer:	Regular white vinegar is usually 4%. Cider vinegar is usually 5%. At least what I have seen. I prefer the white vinegar. I have not calculated how the price works out. I guess the higher percent and than diluting would make sense with shipping / storing.

Answer:	No, it does not need to be refrigerated after opening. Just shake well before each time it is used. It says it on the front label, lower right side. I never refrigerate mine and it does fine.
