Answer: The outside should be about 3/16 over the 2 1/4. That said the outside could differ depending on if there is a slight wobble or the person holding the drill. If you use a drill press and the chuck is true, the hole should be 2 1/4 + 3/16. That's the best I can do. Buy the hole saw and cut three holes in a scrap piece of material and mic it out.

Answer: The closest I can measure is about 1/32".

Answer: According to my measurement, the maximum depth of cut would be 1 3/4 inches. The pilot bit, however, measures 2 1/4 inches long so you could turn your work piece over and finish drilling from the bottom side. If your work piece is thicker than 2 1/4 you could pre-drill a pilot hole for a guide. Hope this answered your question.

Answer: Our drip pan measures 8.25" L x 6" W x 2" H. If you have a specific Bull Grill model in mind, I suggest comparing the size of the drip pan that goes with that model to our drip pan.

Answer: No, they absolutely do not. They are too tall. They will not slide in on the drip pan tray.

Answer: There are two sets of measurements. The top of the liner is 8 1/2 " x 6" and the bottom is 7 1/2" x 5" because the liner is slightly tapered. Some sites (including Weber, I think) use the larger size, so it's confusing. On this product, the label says 7.5" L x 5" W x 1.25" H, and it fits my Weber Spirit II drip pan perfectly.
